RX Bandits ; Only For The Night

When I was in high school and really into the ska-punk stuff, I was really unimpressed RX Bandits. I didn’t like them for any reason in particular, but I never bothered to give them another chance. However, they are pretty much Jason’s favorite band, so I was re-introduced to their music, particularly more recent recordings.

So yup, I really really dig it… needless to say I’m on this RX Bandits kick now.  They just announced that they are breaking up after this summer, so I’m pretty much guaranteed to be seeing them with Jason for their last tour.

Happy Friday! I’m sitting in my room doing nothing and it ruuuuuuuullllessssss.

Tomorrow, I’m volunteering for a seemingly large health fair in Laurel, MD with my boss and a couple of other coworkers…. will likely to be offering free oral cancer screenings on the mobile truck! There are all kinds of other area healthcare services that will be there: triathlon training, tennis, swimming, free classes, cpr training, blood donation trucks, etc. Givin’ back to the community!
